Good Complete Vitamin E Formula
Recent studies have shown that supplementing with Vitamin E alone actually harms your health -- this is when your supplement contains only alpha tocopherol. Supplements that contain (at least) gamma tocopherol as well are shown to be beneficial. Luckily, I came across this information years ago and have been taking E complex, which includes all the tocopherols and tocotrienols normally found together in nature. A year or so ago, local stores stopped carrying the E complex I had used, so I searched online and found this brand. I'm very happy with what the label says this supplement contains, though I don't know if this supplement has been tested for independent proof of ingredients or potency.

The name says it all
The name says it all. Love this formula-the most COMPLETE vitamin E out there for the price. Like that it also has some Vitamin C, ALha Lipoic Acid & even some CoQ10. Have been taking it for years. Was ordering online from somewhere else and they suddenly stopped carrying it. So happy to find it on Swanson's.

Great product could use lower price
These have the full E compounds which the body needs to work correctly, Tocopherols by themselves are actually dangerous.
