I'm always buying again this product, however, I'm not a fan of this specific flavor, as I prefer the red berries one. It does not taste great, but it's drinkable. I drink it before my workout and I continue to take ir cause I believe its composition is less chemical than other similar products. Good source of energy for my morning routine

I love taking this at least 45 minutes before my workout and I can definitely feel the difference if i take it and if i dont. it tastes similar to a juice flavoured and in the beginning, you might describe it as having an earth or grass scent/flavour, but you get used to it. Getting ready to purchase this a second time!

As is the case with the mixed berries, the taste is a bit off at first, but it gets better once you are used to it. Definitely gives me a boost for my workout, and plus most of the ingredients are from natural sources. This is the best choice for me since I didn't want a crazy amount of caffeine. Overall this is a great product, I will buy again.

Love this pre-workout formula. I really feel it in my arms and hands when I take it about 45 minutes before I hit the gym. Nice flavor. My daughter also takes it and she feels it's easier to get through a workout with it. The ingredients seem cleaner than others.

Fairly good pre workout without the buzz… metal focus and pretty pumped up for workout 30mins after consuming. Didn't really like the taste but mixed well and tasted better with isotonic drink. No crash post workout too. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is just starting out.

Hate the flavor and taste but love how there are no dyes and added sugars. Simple and straight to the point. Gives me energy but not like other brands I have tried.

This is a fast acting and highly caffeinated brand. It works fast and does not cause a crash or headache, its just that with many of these type of products there are many fillers and additives to preserve the product that may give some people upset stomach.

The taste is hard to handle so I usually add some flavored water enhancer to mask it. Definitely can feel the "boost" but doesn't seem to last as long as my previous product. No artificial sweeteners which is important to me. Never dissolves completely. In fact there is a LOT of sediment left at the bottom. Have to continuously shake/swirl it around while drinking to keep from swallowing a bunch of granules. Will try a different pre-workout mix next time.

at first i didnt mind how it taste however the flavor is just bad it dosent taste good at all(like rotten fruit) makes me gag when i drink it and becuse the taste lingers in the mouth doing workouts that enclude the stomach made me want to throw up , it dosent desolve even when mixed over night when it comes to my workout quality i dont think it added any benfits .10/10 i would not recmend and i couldnt get my self to forcfully finish the bottle
