I have had Fibromyalgia for 26 years and my rheumatologist had me taking Cosquin DS which I used to buy at Costco. It helped but I found the same ingredients in MRM's MSM about 20 years ago and it works a 100% better and I can get 2 bottles of the MSM for the price of one bottle of Cosquin . I swear buy this product and highly highly recommended it to anyone who has nerve and joint pain. My body knows when i have not taken it . Within a day of not using it my pain is horrific.

No magnesium stearate!
Too many vitamins have this unhealthy additive. This product doesn't and has many positive aspects. MSM is not well known, but should be on every adults list of "must include" vitamins.

MSM for me
MSM works for me. I have arthritis all over my body and I don't use prescription drugs. I use a cocktail of vitamins and supplements to combat the pain I go through each and everyday.
