I've been ordering this for a few years. I like that this is naturally flavored (Stevia/monk fruit) instead of artificial (Ace K, etc.) The flavor isn't amazing compared to the artificial stuff but it is good enough (lemonade is their best flavor) and I like it now as I am used to it
This product is a GREAT pre-workout and during workout tool. I find it has dramatically decreased muscle fatigue and improves recovery - more than a lot of products I have tried. I have tried a LOT as well - and being 54 years old - I find that this and creatine monohydrate are godsends as they say. Very essential for me at this age - and I have used creatine for at least 25 years off and on - both are very helpful.
Clean quality ingredients, lovely taste and amazing benefits. This fitness BCAA product is optimal for workouts (intra or post), or at any other time of the day. Supports endurance, recovery and more. Suitable for all diets, big enough packaging and perfect size. Cannot recommend more!
Top quality ingredients great taste and no artificial anything! Other bcaa manufacturers take note, it's not the 90's anymore you need make quality products like this for fitness people. Have ordered this size package twice now great benefits to workout diet recovery and endurance its probably the most comprehensive product
Amino acids are the building blocks your body uses to make all proteins. Roughly 50% of the essential amino acids in muscle protein are BCAAs, while your body can not produce these amino acids BCAA benefits include reduced fatigue, muscle soreness, and helping with weight loss, but most effective when taking regularly for at least 2-weeks. Lemonade flavour is not too bad; not too sweet, and perfect for mixing with your other protein powders. Mixing into fruit smoothie is also okay, the taste blends in well-enough. Not completely convinced if it's required in my personal daily regimen, I will revisit in a couple weeks.
I used to have Xtend and after some issue on Xtend, I moved to Myprotien. One of the most value I prefer on having BCAA is the taste because if it taste so bad I don't want to have them anymore even they are very good, I would rather go for capsule. MRM BCAA was recommended to me and I tried. The price is better than Xtend and the taste was almost same as Myprotien's.
As a preworkout it works, but the taste is very unnatural due to ingredients. Side effect feels as bad sweat smell after just one use. Quality isn't best, once found piece of plastic in it. Other tastes better. For endurance it's of course good, but I a long term I'd say it's not worth it. I'm now only using organic preworkout.
Just two days into using this and it upset my stomach on the 2nd day! The first day was ok, I just mixed it with water and added some ice. On the second day, I mixed it with my fruit smoothie (apple, watermelon and some pineapple juice) and it really upset my stomach. I'm in and out of the toilet in the last 2 hours! The packaging does not say not to mix it with juice or fruit smoothie so I thought that was ok
It tastes fine and I regret buying two jars but the recommended serving is 3 scoops but I could only take 1.5-2 scoops cause it gave me tingles like crazy. My whole body was tingling. I don't like that feeling. The Xtend brand gave me no jitters so I'm going back to that.
This stuff makes me feel so itchy when I drink it and tingly like my whole body is itchy it doesn't feel good at all. Almost like an allergic reaction. I've been taking just one scoop instead of three and that works great. Maybe the citric acid causes issues? It also breaks me out around my mouth really bad. I know citric acid is a trigger for people who often experience breakouts.
