Hard dry bread, didn't follow instructions.
Per my ask in instructions, I specifically asked for the bread to be soft... this loaf is hard as a brick and very dry. if you don't have what the customer asks for, you should give them poor quality food just to make a sale. I had a friend go by there to get a fresh loaf which is inexcusable.
