The order came all the way from China, to my door step, in 3 days. It all came in one box. Instructions were very easy to follow and no extra tools were required. Everything you need is included. It is a smaller set, but perfect for my deck. I'm super happy with it. Chairs/love seat are super steady, cushions aren't very thick, but comfy. I accidentally left them out in the rain, and the water rolled off them and didn't soak through. Overall, I'm very happy with this set.

Assembly was difficult and I paid some to complete it. After I saw it I was very pleased and hope it holds up. Very nice just try something different for easy assembly. Thank you

This furniture was packaged beautifully. It was fairly easy to assemble. Some screws were a little rough to reach to twist in but it was a one man job. I was able to assemble it all by myself! But the table I ended up with one side upside down and didn’t notice until it was all put together. I can easily turn it around but I’m not worried. No one noticed it anyway. Overall it was a great buy.

My husband assembled the set without any issues since he has lots of tools! 😂 I was a little surprised how small the chairs seemed at first, but I'm sure I'll get used to them. The set would be perfect for a small balcony or porch. The cushions appeared thicker in the pictures, but they're about 2" thick ( /-). I do worry about relatives and friends that may be a little heavier sitting on the furniture, but we'll see how it holds up.

This outdoor furniture set is a good value for the price. It was difficult to assemble, and some of the screw holes were not complete so there was one hole on the chair that I was not able to put a screw in and several others that I had to make my own hole to make sure the screws went in properly. Could have been user error, but these screws and washers were very difficult to get through the furniture and get them secured. But once we got it together, it is a nice set and my family and I have enjoyed it. Will replace the pillows at a later date. They are a little thin, but that is to be expected for the price that was paid for the set. The table with the glass top is a nice touch.

I received my order and it was some damage in all pieces and I sent you many email and no one answered me its bad service I want my money back or do me something on my orders

the holes to screw the chair together were uneven on one side there for the chair we assembled was off balanced by one inch so we didn't bother to assemble the rest of the set took us four times to undo and redo to figure out the problem. soasking for refund.

This set is very poor quality. I do not recommend purchasing this set as it is unraveling and falling apart. It’s kept on a covered porch and I’ve only owned it for several months. I am very displeased by the quality and the fact it didn’t last and had to be thrown away along with the money spent on it.

The delivery was delayed because it was shipped from my state to Ohio and then back to my state. It’s a lot smaller than I thought it was going to be. It came with no instructions and no hardware. I have requested a refund and still have not heard. Back from anyone.
