I constructed a gym in my basement for use with loop style bands. the only problem I was having was the ability to do squats to hypertrophy. this belt solved this issue for me. Awesome.

Bought this to add weight to myself for chinning and dipping. Have had this for a few months now and it is still in perfect condition, very tough and durable. Chain only has latch on one end tho. Would be nicer to have two latches to be able to adjust the chain length better, but all in all it is a great product and worth the investment as an essential tool for any home gym.

this product is not adjustable and is designed for plus sized individuals. the weight belt slides right off me unless i arch my back significantly. the less weight used, the easier it slips off. for small weights, i managed to pass the chain through the buckles to use as a belt of sorts. the chain isn't long enough to do this with large weights.
