I'm trying to eat and drink healthier. So I tried this new mushroom coffee. I was surprised. It has helped me with my digestion. And then anything I wanted to lose weight. I have lost almost 20 lbs. I add oat milk cream. I have the perfect drink.

Tried this coffee since I got them cheaper ( purchased 2 jars). They shipped Fed ex. Has a weird taste but my husband likes it so giving them 4 stars.

Refreshing with Side Effects if You Stop Using...
Although it is most refreshing and brings cognitive memory and added functioning to the brain. I found not using it gives You a Slight to Heavy Headache and a feeling of Lethargy, similar to a Hangover of sorts(?)...

My stomach is often bad, and I always have diarrhea. After drinking this mushroom powder, I have diarrhea more and more, and I gave it away decisively.
