I really like this blend. The last brand I was using was 40mg Sodium and 1000mg Potassium. I had some nice energy but often I felt out of balance. I think I needed more Sodium and less Potassium, and with this blend I finally feel balanced. I've been using this for the past 2 months and I feel much better. Also, I appreciate that this doesn't include any sweeteners. Nice and clean!

I got this for hydration but I feel like it's been benefiting me in other ways, less fatigue, less muscle cramps, feeling great overall. Will purchase again!

they have a whey taste. I add it to coffee. not too crazy about the tast. but good electrolytes. no preservatives

Overpriced, but good ingredients Taste like milk Honestly when I tried it with coffee it ruined it 😐 So I don't prefer adding it to anything
