The ingredients are high quality and show a lot of care by mgfr - well worth the overall value of quality and flavor. They did not last long after opening, have ordered 2 of each in our next order already coming. Artichoke ate on crackers and celery - did not make it for trying in other ways yet. Red Pepper again crackers great, but we also served it on top of Snapper for dinner ' it was great, also good flavor on the vegs I served next to fish. I know I should be able to make these, but by the time you put together all the ingredients it only makes sense to buy them, besides I don't know that I could match the exact flavor combos.
A friend of mine recommended the artichoke spread. It is delicious on crackers or I will put some in my salads. I cannot wait to try their other spreads. I also use their feta cheese which is carried by my supermarket. Mt. Vikos is a name I trust. Quality products.
So happy with the quality ' taste of the artichoke and red pepper/feta versions we decided to try the eggplant. So glad we did. Enjoyed all three on both vegs ' crackers. Was going to try other ways, but did not last long enough. Next time.
This is the best artichoke spread I've ever had! Its bits of artichoke carry wonderful flavors of Mediterranean herbs. Excellent accompaniment to various cheeses; just a matter of getting the balance right to get a good blend.
Smooth, full of flavor. Wonderful as a starter or with your side dish. Very good to prepare sauces for fish or pasta. I always enjoy the full flavor and inviting aroma. I gourmet means quality, flavor and great service.
This was yummy, but very salty (olives, duh). It went well with pasta, and I used it on a greek pizza...also in a dressing that I made up as I went (not using much salt).
