The smell and taste of it is just about right for me. Acidity is okay too. Coffee preference is quite a personal thing, but I'd definitely recommend this one.

So, I've bought 3 different types of medium roast coffee from this supplier - Honduras, Peru and Costa Rica. And Costa Rica is most flavourful and aromatic of them, for me it smells like candy

Good acidity and aroma for the non organic coffee beans. I don't recall this being bitter but can't taste the candy nut flavour described. Mt Whitney as a brand is a good choice when it comes to coffee. Decent quality from Costa Rica. Not being over roasted or dark roasted is one of my criteria for coffee.

I like to brew this for black coffee, no milk or sugar. The flavor is too mild for lattes and I can feel the caffeine after drinking just a cup. Good flavor but with bitter after taste that I do not prefer. Definitely not as full-bodied as I'd like it to be. Overall a pretty good coffee.

i love their guatamala most but all their beans are top quality, super fresh, and proceeds go to charities. costa rica beans are considered among the best due to altitude, volcanic soil, etc. most of their beans are lighter roasted. you may not like that but nutritionally, they are superior this way because heat affects nutrients and coffee is very rich in antioxidants and other nutrients so you want those as minimallyl heated as possible - hence light roast

organic and bright whole bean. I use this as daily drip coffee or mix this bean with the same brand's peru. in the winter season the taste felt too tangy sometimes.

Coffee beans smells amazing I must say and I was excited to try it. I purchased this to make a blend with my 100% organic single origin robusta for making lattes and cappuccinos. I'm using the Philips fully automated coffee machine. Unfortunately, the coffee is too light for my liking. It has slight fruity notes. On its own, making black coffee is decent. Will try other coffee beans within this brand.
