MTV: Pilates Mix (DVD)

I am a huge fan of the entire MTV workout series (yoga, power yoga, pilates, and pilates mix) but this one is my FAV!!! There are three total workouts: one for abs and legs, one for abs and arms (and it is brutal!), and a quick fix workout for days when you can't afford the time for one of the other sessions. There are 5 participants in addition to Kristen (my personal pilates guru) and they perform at three different experience levels which makes this format easy to follow for anyone!! By far the coolest thing about this particular video is that you have the option to customize your routine - meaning that you can mix and match different parts of the two main routines to create the perfect routine for you! This is my favorite video workout program and I would recommend it to anyone looking to strengthen and lengthen their muscles without the heavy impact of most aerobic exercise programs.

I have read several reviews of this workout and I liked the challenging reviews. It's an excellent pilates workout! At nascent viewing, it seems insurmountable and formidable, until you develope affinity with the tape. McGee demonstrates fun and surmountable advanced arms, abdominal and legs pilates workout. She demonstrates pleasant deportment: no protracted prating, no ostensible smile, and no sonorous tone. A judicious purchase!

It is the most work I have ever done in a half hour. It may be hard for a beginer.
