These are better quality than the original Muddy matts that had no backing and the thread count was sparse. We are very happy with these new matts as they have more volume, can absorb more and have a sturdy backing.

Love the color! Our dog loves to just relax on it. I have noticed less outdoors being tracked indoors!

The rug truly does help to stop muddy or wet paw prints from tracking up the camper. It does not easily roll up, which is a big difference from the knock off rugs.

This is a very nice doormat. It matches my home perfectly. I love the large fibers. I wish it were few inches larger overall. The underside is a felt type of material, rather than rubber so it slides around more. If they made it a little larger and put rubber underneath it'd be a fantastic doormat.

I have previously purchased a muddy mat and it had rubber backing which keeps it from sliding. This recent purchase slides once the dogs run over it. I’m returning it for that reason. In the picture, the one on the left is the one with the rubber backing and does not slide the one on the right has the so-called nonslip surface and slides everywhere.

Well the order took almost 21 days to get from California to Ohio! Then we finally get a delivery notice! It’s delivered to another City 30 minutes away! So over a month has gone by, and still no muddy mat, no communication from muddy mat, since it’s a third party company, and they are responsible for the refund! Oh yeah, FedEx responsible for the delivery! Good luck if you order. Also great pic of it on someone else’s porch!

We have 3 indoor dogs, a labrador, a miniature Schnauzer, and a mIni poodle. I purchased a total of 5 muddy mats to go in front of all the outside doors, 1 in front of the fridge and a long runner by the kitchen sink. We were installing new flooring, so I waited til the new floors were down to use the muddy mats. I put the 3x5 at the front door, since thats where my 3 dogs go in %26 out. I shook the rugs out %26 vacuumed weekly at the very least. The very first time I washed the large mat, (being sure to follow all washing instructions), it came out of the washer with the ENTIRE rubber backing shredded! I was horrified! This rug was fairly expensive and I thought about it for quite a while before I purchased them. Now I'm afraid to wash my other ones! While these rugs look great, if they are not going to hold up to washing, then I say save your money and don't buy a muddy mat!!

the rug I ordered appeared to be a vibrant red…the color I got is a burnt red or red brick color. More brown than red. This is my 3rd “muddy mat” %26 they are very good rugs. The backing is good, sturdy rubber %26 they don’t slide. My cat loves them too!

The rugs I received are NOT Muddy Mats. No tag identifiers, bad quality. Going back. See pics below. The real Middy Mat backing is white with the great sticking power. The black backing is what I got, cheap and slips on floor.
