I like the Mueller Kinesiology Easy Fit Pre-Cut Knee BK. It's very easy to use. It's pre-cut so I didn't have to cut it to fit me. I just had to align it with my knee and peel off the paper from the adhesive and rub my hand over it to adhere it to my skin. I think it's good quality tape. It sticks well and it is very comfortable to wear. I try to exercise everyday. I have bad knees and sometimes I hurt my knees moving the wrong way during exercise. I have strained and pulled muscles and sometimes it takes several days for it to feel better. When I used the Mueller Kinesiology Easy Fit Pre-Cut Knee Bk after straining a muscle, it healed much faster. I also like the color, black/grey. I think it's really good if you sprain or strain your muscles during exercise. I will definitely keep some on hand for future need. I received this product for free as a Spark Reviewer.

ItS OK it doesnt work as well as the other. It does stay on. It is all one piece and it goes on well

This tape is better than going with the copper sleeve

This product is -Ok. It isnt a strong or sticky as I would like.

Supposed to last up to 5 days, I didn't even get through the first 24 hours before edges started coming up. Managed to keep one on under a sock for about 2 1/2 days before it got to be too annoying. Followed included instructions, even considered using a hair dryer to add heat to make it stick better. Over all it did help a little bit, I wore it while flying & didn't have any problems except it just doesn't want to stay stuck.

Only three strip come in the pack not worth buying for the price I paid for it.
