Mueller Kinesiology Tape, 2" x 98.4 ft (30 Meter) Continuous Roll, Beige

Great tape! I have sensitive skin %26 lots of brands will take my skin clean off, this brand holds but is also gentle on removal, fair price as-well.

Sticks to the skin very well. High quality for a cheaper price compared to other brands.

I love that I can cut the strips to the sizes I need and it sticks well even in humid weather

I tried Mueller`s Kinesiology Tape for a muscle cramp in the back of my calf that would not go away. It started in the morning and was still talking to me in the afternoon so i applied several inches of the tape to the area. The backing has a "wave' pattern adhesive that so far has stayed put and it has actually stopped the cramps/spasms. It works by lifting up the skin so more blood flow can circulate. Its fine for folks that are latex intolerant and its very easy to use. Im not an athlete but this is great stuff for a middle-aged person like myself and i plan to recommend it to all my friends. Another thing i like it that the color is subtle and the roll is huge!. I give this 5 stars.

Helps relieve pain without meds or creams

I used this tape after i sprained my ankle to prevent from over extending my ankle and possibly damaging the muscle even more, the material is very stretchable and form fitting, can be used to tape pretty much any muscle or joint injury

This is exactly what I need. I can cut the pieces to the exact size that I need. Plus this is the firmest holding tape which provides the support that I need. It has really helped to reduce my pain.

I have inflammatory arthritis that often flares up in my fingers and wrist, and wearing a wrist support helps alleviate the pain and swelling. I tried wrapping my wrist with the Mueller kinesiology tape instead, and it seems to provide the same level of compression and pain relief, but is much more comfortable and allows more freedom of movement. My fingers tend to go numb with the wrist support, but not with the Mueller tape. It is flexible enough to not cut off circulation. My only complaint (a minor one) is that the tape comes loose at the end, so I have to keep re-applying pressure or use some adhesive tape to keep it from coming undone. It has been hot and humid lately, so that might explain why it is not sticking as well. Overall, the Mueller Kinesiology tape is a good product and I recommend it.

Like the ease of cutting what I need but is harder to get off of skin than the black precut

This worked but it left red marks on leg. I have tried several brands of this tape and I do not have sensitive skin. I'm hoping it was just the placement that caused the irritation. I'll update later if it wasn't. And that's why only 3 stars. Love the amount you get 98.4 feet you can't beat price but, I hope it doesn't do my skin bad again.
