it gives me great relief
I have yet to use it as a hot pack, but as a cold pack, it's a very good product. I put two of them into a one gallon freezer bag, so they cover more area, and they work great.

I love this brand as it stays pliable even after frozen. This particular one doesn't stay cold as long as my old one but thats ok. Atleast i have another one i can swap it out with.
