Very loud when refilling and it runs out of hot and cold quickly unhappy

Just get a name brand water dispenser, and save the trouble, i just got mines today and it dont work at all, its what you get when you buy on sale, ealmart dont stand behind there sellers, so go to a store that stands behind ehat they sell, im looking into sending back and i have know information to do that im sick, please dont buy this product.

It's flimsy, can't get cold water. Paid almost $39 shipping. I thought I could return at Walmart, but can't. Can't seem to return it, but don't want it. Would like a refund.

First, the description on measurement was not accurate at all. Second the shipping was horrible. It wasn’t handle with care at all, it was delivered upside down and so the top part is cracked. So Disappointed.

Looks nice Easy to use Good packing Fast enough delivery But Cleaned machine lines with half of 5 gallon water jug and my water is still coming out tasting like chemical/plastic yuckiness that i cant drink. Wanted to return and have to message the sellers through walmart.com. meassaged 3 or 4 times. First reply i got was can we send you $10 off for the inconvenience. Second reply was for $20 off to keep it because its too much of a hassle to return it. With no other response still after I sent a third message saying i don't want the discount i just want to send it back and get my money back. Now I have purchased a product that isn't working as expected and with no proper customer support.

our water cooler leaks %26 and I've contacted the seller 2x %26 told them we want a REFUND AND HAS NEVER RESPONDED BACK

The cooler did not cool the water out the box. I reached out to manufacturer and they advised me to take the unit apart to fix it. I was not comfortable with that arrangement.
