I am 60 and I have Rheumetism which means my bodys auto-immune system attacks my joints and causes pain. Physical cardio excercise In the form of mountain bicycling and which doesn't impact my jounts. The Magnezium,Patassium%26zink aid in reducing the muscle strain and lactic acid which causes muscle fatigue.

Good combination of nutrients
I like that this supplement is a multivitamin. Especially because it combines calcium with vitamin D, two nutrients for which I'm usually deficient. I like that the softgels are easy to swallow, do not stink, like some oil based supplements, and that there's no unpleasant after burping.

Great Combo
This product is a great combination: calcium for strong bones; zinc for immune health ; and magnesium for muscle inflammation and muscle cramps. There are more benefits than the few that I have mentioned. This product works well. I love the small capsules. Awesome size!

I changed pick up location to Mandan when I ordered. After I ordered, I noticed you changed the pick up location back to Dickinson. I'm not going to Dickinson. That is why I changed my or for pick up to Mandan.
