Did a lot of reading and research on products to help remove mucus from your lungs. This product seemed to have all of the elements needed and literature on the product made it seem exceptional. Myself, I have not had what I would deem a satisfactory result. Have religiously followed the directions, never missed a dose, and I do not see or feel that it has worked for me. First bottle down, starting 2nd, but feel I need to return it and try something else.
