I was already taking a collagen supplement, but it was nowhere near what this product contains, and the others. I've tried in the past sometimes been a little hard on my tummy.. It's a much easier to swallow caplet and it's got grass fed bovine collagen peptides in it it's got fish, collagen, peptides, chicken, collagen, peptides, and eggshell membrane collagen. It's got so many different types. Plus it's got a boost of vitamin C and it has protein in it it only takes three caplets a day to get all of this and it is absolutely wonderful. These were too big to chew and therefore I had to break them into pieces. They tasted pretty horrible. With that fact alone, I wouldn't continue to use them. The little I did take them, I didn't notice any side effects, aside from my skin did appear a better quality than before I started using them.
