As a heart patient, this checks all the boxes. Very little sodium and sugar Usually have with bananas and strawberries and almond milk. It's not sausage and biscuits, but it will do.

I eat these without milk for a sweet snack or with milk for a filling breakfast meal. I wish my Sam's carried these all the time, as they are my favorite Cheerios, but am grateful for the limited time they did sell them.

I usually get regular Cheerios and thought I try this. It is very tasty! It's tasty because it has a lot of sugar over regular Cheerios which removes much of the “healthy”! I'll stick to regular!
