Great candle holder/decoration
With a push of button on bottom turns on and does flashing color changing lights. Beware if someone is prone to having seizures. Comes with battery installed. Comes with 2 candles per piece which can be placed in holder spot on top. Each number sold separately. Unsure of battery life. Great size especially for cup cakes.

Great addition to a glow in the dark party
For only a little more than a huge wax number candle, this was a great addition to a glow in the dark party. Worked as advertised. Like that it came with a few candles. Only knock would be you kind of have to screw the candles into it, and you'll definitely have some candle shavings come off. So don't do that on top of the cake!

Flashing cake topper
This numbered cake topper was cute and I enjoyed the different flashing colored lights. I like the concept of reusing it but was difficult to remove the whipped cream after use. Overall would still recommend.

Worked great until it didn't
When I first turned it on, it was great! The colors were perfect and it made the birthday girl's cupcake stand out. But the base could use better designing. It's easy for frosting to get in, so it stopped working after a few minutes. For a battery powered candle, I expected it to work AT LEAST for the duration of the cupcake/birthday song. Bummed!
