Pro's: The pastel colors were very pretty for spring. The sizes were great for hanging up or for putting on the center of the table as a center piece. Very easy to put together. Con's: Not all came with tassels. Easy to tear when putting them away for future re-use.

So cute and very easy to put together. The quality of the paper is also really strong. I didn't have high expectations as they were cheap in price, but these will be a continued birthday decoration.
