I liked the price and was trying to avaoid st johns wort in a vitamin so this was perfect
way better then one a day or any of the store bought stuff !
these pills have an awful taste and they make me burp. when I do the the flavor comes up and it's horrendous. I also feel a few seconds of nausea and dizziness after about 15/30 mins of taking these. To where I stopped taking then first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and instead mid day. I have not felt any better nor worse overall (minus the side effects I spoke of earlier) from these, so I'm not sure if they actually do their job.
