General balanced Multi's without too much Calcium
These multi's are a good blend and give me the supplements I need. I need something low in Calcium due to a parathyroid issue, so these are ideal.

Too Long softgel capsules
I bought these Softgel capsules 💊 because I thought that they would be smaller In size and easy to swallow I truly was disappointed by how long these softgel capsules were and I mean long. I bought 3 bottles so I'm stuck with them. Not easy for me to swallow.
