Good snack!
I got these to help my supply increase after having a dip in my supply and they increased by 3ml just by using them for 2-3 days. They taste pretty good, they aren't soft and chewy like I expected but overall a good snack to increase milk supply.

So delicious
Apart from being addictive, I think it helps with supply in conjunction with other things, not alone. Don't open one in hopes of just eating a few from the pack. You will eat it all.
