Easy and delicious little snack to help produce milk and it did for me! I'd have two or three milk makers products a day and noticed more milk production. I don't pump so I'm not sure exactly how much more but you'll notice the difference.

My wife used this product for the first time to increase her milk supply. It worked over night. She was averaging 2-3oz per pump. After trying these it went up to 5-6oz. Highly recommended these crisps.

These are actually delicious to be so healthy for lactation they actually taste like real cheez its ! The great price make me even more in love with these snacks .I love carrying them in my purse as snacks on the go they are so convenient

These surprisingly taste really good! I like the soft crunch they have, I'm about to eat a second bag 🤭 if you like cheese itz they taste very similar. I will do an update on how I feel my supply did while eating these but so far the taste is really satisfying.

Nice snack just don't take before bed! Went to sleep and woke up in a giant mess of milk in middle of night

There very crunchy but help alot

I gave these 4 stars beautiful they actually do help boost milk production. However, they are absolutely awful tasting. They taste like the smell of cardboard. The mention of chedder is completely irrelevant in the taste. If you can get past the taste, you'll definitely benefit otherwise.
