I originally got this thinking my newborn was colicky, thankfully that wasnt the issue so this didnt help for that. However, it has been great for my older kids when they get bumps or bruises. They dont like an ice pack wrapped in a paper towel. The fabric that wraps around the ice pack is soft (you can see that its a soft terry like cloth on the one side) and not too thick so theyre able to actually feel the coolness from the ice pack but its not too cold. My kids cuddle up with it like its blanket. The ice pack is also bendable so when its frozen Im able to mold it to fit the kids bumps and scraps. We havent used it for heat yet but Im thinking itll be great to use after a few hours outside in winter time. I received this item in exchange for my honest review.

I got this as a complimentary product and I never knew this existed because if I only knew I could have got this long time ago. This is what every moms should have and carry all the time. My little one is colicky and is having a reflux all the time so Our little one spits often. Since I got this TheraBurpee Colic and fever kit we always use this almost every night. We heat it in the microwave following the instructions and not over heating it because its not good and what is written in the manual is very very important. Follow it to avoid burns because this is enough for your little one and always use the cloth put this inside the cloth to avoid direct skin contact. I use this in between my tummy and my little ones tummy so that I know when to adjust it. Know that it is not too much because your baby is the one using it. It helps me as a mom a lot to ease and comfort my colicky baby. I also use it at times when i have body pains pr back pain. It is very relaxing and just be cautious enough so it wont burn you or you baby. I put it on top of our little ones clothes not direct to the skin to avoid too much heat and will not cause burn. This is a great product and I would definitely get this for my sisters baby.

I received this product in exchange for my honest review and feedback. I opened the package and have to admit I didn't know if I would use it or not. I left it in a drawer and kind of forgot about it. Enter the 5 month sleep regression AND THE FIRST TEETH erupting. I was out of ideas, teething tabs weren't working and baby wasn't quite old enough for Motrin. I remember this back and I honestly was so, so floored that this actually soothed baby back to sleep. The warmth seemed to really settle him! I am so glad I had this on hand and I love that it's a NATURAL remedy. We use heating pads when we are feeling ouchy, this is so similar and makes so much sense why it's soothing for babies! I definitely recommend this and also am going to use the cooling part for any ouchies we have in the future!

I wish I had one of these for my first babies! It works great to help babies with colic. The combination of the heating/cooling pads and hot/cold gel packs saves everyone from suffering sleepless nights. This was a great recommendation and I am so glad that I listened. This will be a must for new mommas and babies!

Absolutely wonderful this is something that I had on my registry at Walmart I really like how their interchangeable between hot and cold and I'm so grateful that I was asleep my little baby is 3 weeks old today she just got to come home from the hospital the nurses have been busy now.

With all of those listed things, he has big tummy troubles. This thing works magic! Pop it in the microwave, insert it in the burp cloth, no more tummy problems! Hot babe? Take it out the freezer, pop it in the burp cloth, cooled babe! Think outside the box, it's winter and cold outside? HAND WARMERS! it's summer and burning hot? cool off little love with it! Older kid has a booboo? slap it on their knee and happy camper! Teething little one? Chew on the ice pack. baby massage? warm massage pack! Literally anything you can think of. Of course this is my HONEST review but I love this thing. Let me mention the quality of it is absolutely amazing. Super soft. Fluffy. strong snaps. very absorbent. Not to mention breastfeeding mommas. Engorged? Instead of buying extra stuff like hot and cold breast pads , you got the Munchkin TheraBurpee Colic and Fever Rescue Kit with Hot and Cold Therapy Burp Cloths!
