This was/is the Jim Henson version of Charles Dicken's "A Christmas Carol!" It's funny, %26 the musical interludes are great, too. I've always loved his Muffet's version of any %26 every movie I've seen. These movies are not just for kids. They are also made for adults, too. I'm looking forward to watching it again %26 again!

Muppets Are Always Fun
There is no way to go wrong with Muppets. They are great for the entire family. Jim Henson's creations and characters have been bringing me joy since I was a kid, and now I get to share that joy with my grandchildren.

One of the Best Adaptations
Even though this is the Muppets, it is still one of the better adaptations of Stevenson's classic novel Treasure Island. It is not as dark as that work, of course, but still has the adventure and thrills and a fine score by the Hans Zimmer. It looks fine , including the widescreen version, though skim on the special features. This is a film kids and adults alike will find enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Old Favorite
An old classic that still captures your heart and imagination! My youngest son wanted this dvd because we can no longer play the vhs. He's watched it 20 times since it arrived!
