I have loved this since its debut. I need to use mineral spf because the chemical spf's are irritating. City skin is the best i've ever found. It gives me a nice glow, doesn't budge on 4 hour bike rides and gives me great protection that isn't difficult to wash off. I just wish the bottle were bigger for the price.

Great sunscreen! It feels lightweight on the skin, blends easily, and doesn't leave a white cast. My skin looks smooth and protected throughout the day. Would definitely recommend.

Not on love with with this product. I used to use the previous one that you discontinued that was 30 SPF and I loved that. This is too hard. It doesn't go on smoothly. It doesn't have a very nice texture at all so I'm not thrilled, but I'll have to use it until I finish it up and then see if there's something else at that time.

I received a product that was more than one year past its expiration date. This was a clear seller-side error, and as a result, I had to contact customer support and go through an unnecessary return process. Although the return and refund were eventually completed, the communication throughout the process was extremely poor. The final message I received simply stated that a refund had been issued, with no apology, no explanation, no acknowledgment that a product over one year expired had been sent, and no refund details. Shipping a product that expired over a year ago is unacceptable. Customers should not have to spend extra time and effort correcting a mistake that should never have happened.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service from both Shopee and the brand. When I placed my order, the system automatically added product that I did not choose. I do not want this item, as it is harmful to my skin. Despite this being an issue on your platform, none of your customer support channels provide a way for me to return or remove the unwanted product. I expect a prompt solution, including the removal of the added items and a full return or refund option. This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable.
