[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This supplement really does seem to make a difference in endurance and limiting and delaying muscle fatigue when working out. I seem to feel for energized when running. It does not make you feel as if you are on a high caffeine pre work. So no come down and does not seem to matter if I take it later in the day.

Notice some effectiveness, at 66 any help with muscle tone is a plus.

But on the bottle, it does say results in as few as 14 days. I'm not really convinced, I am also not a doctor, nor am I in the medical field.
