Device takes some practice to get used to. But it works great on my arms. Can use it on the legs too.

We got one for our daughter in law for Christmas and used it in my husbands shoulder and it really helped

OK but can't replace the foam roller
I was hoping for something more intense that could really dig in to calves, quads, and adductors but this didn't really cut it. Good for maybe a quick superficial massage. Also the angles of the rollers were off and didn't really hit the muscle groups as needed. Might work for someone else but I'm sticking with the old foam roller and tennis balls.
