It's very thick and delicious with milk and ice in the blender with a banana, strawberries or add some weight, if that's your goal, ice cream is good too!

My doctor wants me to get extra protein in my diet and this product seems to fill the need. It blends into my daily routine very nicely. The chocolate flavor is great.

Muscle Milk really helps me recover from muscle exhaustion caused by physical activity and all my health issues. I like the powder form because it travels well and I can add water or milk depending on the flavor I want that day. I can definitely tell a difference when I drink MM, it replenishs my nutrition needs perfectly.

Best protien with the lowest salt!!!

When will this protein powder be available again? It has 50grams of protein opposed to replacement only has 32grams of protein. When will this product be available again please?

50 grams of protein! Mix it with coconut water to gain hydration and protein. Good stuff.

It's like a wet wheat tasting science project! It's foamy and super thick. Does not blend well and literally taste the way wet wheat smells. But my biggest concern is why does it get so foamy and thick so fast.

So almost 700 people gonna flat out lie? This tastes like shredded tinfoil, soil, magnesium, and chalk mixed w/ a hint of cocoa. They eliminated the 25g "contains no milk" choco/straw/van shakes aka the best protein shakes on the planet! I don't care if it had milk "ingredients". The bottom line is it was almost lactose free not to mention delicious!!! Why Muscle Milk why? I was loyal to you for almost 20 yrs since I first tried this stuff as a young teen. Why change the perfect formula? I don't want fairlife, oikos, and the others. I only wanted you! The new 26g filtered milkshakes are bad enough, but this powder should not be distributed to any living thing! What did y'all dig some soil up mix it w/ chalk to lighten the look, and throw in 1g of cocoa? Its so nasty! I did not think a certain flavor of Dymatize pro could be beat I was wrong! This is twice maybe thrice as bad. I tried plain 10oz water. I tried 1/2 water 1/2 toasted coconut almond milk! I tried w/ Hershey syrup, bananas, GF oreos I tried w/ out. You cannot sell dirt to the masses. There's no way this doesn't have soil %26 tinfoil contained in it. The taste is overbearing! Muscle Milk who hurt you?
