I bought two storage shelves and both arrived very quickly. We also noticed during the assembly that the brackets to install the shelves stacked vertically. I contacted the company via email and requested the missing hardware. I received the hardware within a week, and was able to continue the installation. It is annoying that they do not include the brackets in every box, and are waiting for customers to contact them. In a long run, it will cost high with losing customers.
Good solid shelf once assembled. Easy to follow instructions. Decent size for not a lot of money. Very pleased with the purchase, bought me a second one.
This shelf system seems to be well made and sturdy. The interlocking tab & slot design relies on gravity and/or the weight of materials placed on shelving to provide strength. As others have said, the design for placing upper legs atop lower legs is quite difficult to do alone. I found it easier to build the two halves and then set the upper on top of the lower. Of course, that requires a second set of hands but does get thing done quickly. The puny particle board shelving appeared to be a joke when first noticing it's thickness (or significant lack thereof). But boy can that baby hold some weight! So, don't judge the shelving until you've had a chance to try it out. I purchased one for a beta test and was so impressed that I've since purchased 15 more to complete my storage requirement.
The shelving unit is a grwat value for the price. the frame work is sturdy enough once you get multiple shelves installed. my only suggestion would be to have an additional support along the center of the shelves. the shelves tend to dip in the center.
Easy assembly, very sturdy, nice finish, appears to be made very well made. This storage rack is made in Thailand.
Very spacious and sturdy. I love that it's not too big and that it doesn't take up to much space. I actually use one of these as my shoe rack.
I had just used something similar in my shed back in the UK and wanted to tidy up my shed at my house in Orlando. These are ideal, very easy to put together and very strong and fantastic value for money. As yet can fine no fault with this product.
Cheap made, not very sturdy! Definitely need to anchor to the wall! I do not recommend product, especially for the price! After putting it together and anchoring it to the wall, then it looks pretty good.
The upper and lower sections, (yes, they are separate), only set on top of each other held only in place by the shelf that you place at the junction. This is held by one tab on each level, and on each leg. Not what I was expecting. I would not expect it to hold the weight it is rated for
Pay a few extra dollars and get the version sold elsewhere that includes the small metal parts that link the 4 vertical supports . This one will trouble you to no end on assembly and one assembled will bend or shift. Do no buy.
