This is a solid beef protein isolate! It mixes well, doesn't cause bloating like some whey proteins, and provides a great protein boost. The strawberry flavor is decent—not too sweet but still enjoyable. Great option for those looking for a dairy-free protein source. Definitely recommend!

good overall... however...
great quality, good size (around 50 services). however, it do not mix very well and require a lot of water to dissolve. furthermore, I don't recommend strawberry flavor at all.

I can barely drink it. Tastes really bad. The only goof thing is that it is very light on the stomach

I like this protein but this flavor sucks, it smells like beer plus you'll feel stuffed right away it's weird, I had chocolate before it was so good, the only problem with it it wasn't instant as strawberry.
