Veey good quality ingredients on this protein. Dosage are perfect. Very good taste even it was mede buy real beef. Also it has BCAA and Creatine as well. It really helps to burn an extra calories daily. I do take in the afternoon 45mins before work outs. It gives a lot energy. I recommend to mix with cold water. Good protein to recommend to others.

I thought that bloating and weird feeling in your stomach is the price you must pay for that extra protein you are getting from whey shakes. Turned out I was wrong for years. Even though I don't have a problematic digestive system, only when I tried Carnivor I realised that you can feel 100 times better, or I should say, you do not need to feel nothing bad after drinking your protein shake. Whey protein shakes would bloat me and after finding Carnivor almost a decade ago I haven't had whey again. Carnivor Shred is awesome! The chocolate falvour is the best. I've tried the others - and they're quite aweful. I will continue to purchase from iHerb due to price and free shipping to Oz.

First of all, it is a great brand and great quality. But I gotta say this is the first time buying the Carnivor shred version. I really can't stand the after taste, the chocolate part is good, it's the weird spicy feeling and/or taste that puts me off. I gotta force it down myself each time I take it.

Affordable, but I'm not sure of which part of the cow is in this powder - hmmm. Probably organs and blood. It's dark and does not mix well, but I find the same quality in many protein powders.im still looking for the perfect protein powder that's affordable

I just didn't give more stars because it's really hard to drink it. Tastes vile, and the recipe has way too much sweetener attempting to disguise the bad taste. But it has a good amount of quality protein, it really takes away my excess hunger so I don't snack. I've noticed after taking it that I'm way too sensitive to its high caffeine content. So I can only have it once every other day.
