Gentle on the stomach. Made me break out but was temporary. Great for skin, great gor sleep. I did not take it before exercise because I was worried it would make me tired. Good quality ingredients. I bought a few bottles. Need to take a break for a bit.

This supplement really works. I noticed increased energy on the first day after taking 2 capsules. The best thing about this supplement I experienced was my digestion. I realized I was regular every morning and wouldn't spend more than 2 min at the washroom. My stool was firm and smooth and wouldn't have to push myself. Capsule size is large but easy to swallow. After 3 weeks of use I can't confirm whether it helps increase muscle size but I really enjoy the other benefits.
