I only use a quarter of a serving because I am very sensitive and it is powerful. I have mixed it with gelato, aloe water, juices, milk and even a splash of sparkling white or dry white. I find that a half of a cup of total liquid lend is more than enough to fuel a vigorous workout.

Fruity and a hint of spice. I stared taking this an hour before my shift ended. Working corrections enough is tiring. But this a great way to get that afternoon boost with out all the extra sugars or liquid calories from an energy drink. Keeps me going after a long shift.

I struggle with staying focused during up to 2 hour workouts but this has helped tremendously. The only way to describe it is as laser like focus where I can ignore outside distractions. The thermogenic properties has me feeling warm and sweating during my lifts. Another plus is the lack of caffeine which can make it stackable with other caffeine dosed Muscletech products. The ingredient list is stacked with all the right doses of thermogenic and focus ingredients. The price point is great for the quality and serving size you get.

Was originally caught off guard because I didn't expect the chili to be that spicy but on my 3rd use I was addicted to it. No jittery or crash from taking the supplement and I could feel a difference after maybe 30 min where I could really tell it was working with none of that itchy feeling. I'd use this again maybe try out other flavors or stick with the same as I love chili line mango! I really suggest everyone to try this flavor.

Mainly - to see how I reacted to the “smart thermo.” In the past, items like that have left me not feeling so well. Not so with Burn IQ! When I took it, I noticed my cravings diminish. I also wanted to see if the cognition enhancement part worked. I didn't really notice a change when following the weight loss directions (single dosing taken prior to big meals), however, when I followed the pre-workout directions (two doses in one beverage 30 min before exercise), I did sense enhanced focus during the workout. For me, the most interesting thing was probably the flavor. To this point I've not tried any health/wellness/exercise supplements with a spicy flavor. It's super unique. Honestly, it took me a couple drinks to get used to it, but then it started to grow on my taste buds. It's nice to have an option that's different than the standard options on the market. I think this drink did help me push through the workouts. I didn't see anything on the label about it being micronized, but I was pleasantly surprised with how well it mixes. Just a couple shakes and it's dissolved. There are a couple ingredients that don't fully liquify, but just give the bottle a shake or two right before a swig and you'll be good to go. In closing, I would buy this again, but not necessarily something I'd always have on hand. It would be good for the person that is wanting to increase their focus when they exercise, someone that wants a little more help to get through that final cut plateau and the athlete who is simply looking for a unique flavor enhancement for their pre-workout. …you will feel the bit of heat in the back of your throat…but no creepy crawlers under your skin!
