[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My best barbell bench effort with 100 lbs before trying this product was 26 reps. After 8 days of use I hit 30 and nearly pushed out 31 but was unable to lockout! My body weight is currently 137 lbs. VERY pleased with this effort. Flavor is good and mixes quite well. My boyfriend also tried the supplement and was able to increase his overhead press on a plate loaded machine by 15 lbs after 10 days of use. He measures his max by 6 reps and was a bit shocked by the increase. He said, “The best I've done with that weight before was 3 reps. Kinda of wish I had put another 5 a side.” We will be adding this to our supplement program.

The Elite is exactly as named. Gives you everything needed to get the gains you want. Ability to take the serving size for massive gains or even break down the serving size to give you exactly what you're looking for. Highly recommend. It worked at 24 and again now at 36.

Cell Tech keeps enhancing with results that are always working for me. If you are using Creatine and BCAAs then this product is a no brainer. Will always keep Cell Tech in my supplement line.

Every morning after breakfast and before I train, I take Cell-Tech religiously. Mainly because of the amazing taste, but also for the creatine content which boosts my strength. As long as I've been using this product, I'm proud to say I don't plan on stopping anytime soon!

It is hard to know how to handle such a great product due to its mildly addictive nature. Upon reduced intake, high level intellect is clearly and obviously reduced. That statement is in regards to graduate math work, which required extremely deep concentration to complete. Weight lifting gains are reduced as well upon reduced intake.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] normally creatine is best used as post workout but, this product i have been using as a test before and after. Great results so far. Mixes well, taste is ok. If you're interested in improving strength then you need creatine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the product and the fact that it has some carbs for post workout, added vitamins, amino acids and two types of creative for recovery. Taste is only ok, not great, but that isn't a huge deterrent for me in supplements. Would recommend for someone looking for a solid creative supplement for post workout.

Muscletech is my go to, worked for me in the past and I'm loyal to the brand. I recently bought this and was excited about what it claimed to help with but the flavor... I couldn't finish drinking it to know if it works. When I opened it all I could smell is sour milk and cough syrup. When mixed with water it smelled a bit better but didn't dissolve. The smell and texture was too much for me. Hope they change this! I gave a 2 star because I really do like the brand but not this product.
