i cant vouch for testosterone or muscle building but man i sleep good and have a bunch of good dreams but i stopped taking this because it was taking away my feelings and i found out its the ashawanda. i still plan to use it and do recommend it tho because you wake up feeling rested and energized. if you dont you might have other things going on but this definitely worked for me and for the price i think its worth the buy.

Have been using this product and it does help me to relax. I have a very physical job and since taking muscle tech pm I have definitely noticed a difference

workinout same intensity, i did 2 pills a night for a week. didnt feel sore next day neary as much as week prior. i do take creatine supplements. I do feel this product helps recovery. ive taken for a full month now, 2 pills a day, i have gained 5 pounds with no increase in body fat. this product has helped me recover.

It's very hard to tell how much of it worked for muscle build/repair and the melatonin (natural sleep aid) definitely didn't work. I hope someone else has better luck with this enhancer bc I sure didn't!

after I first opened the bottle I smelled it for freshness and it isn't fresh or it's counterfeit. I had another bottle I finished beforehand and it was purchased from the actual company and total different smell.

Order two of these items at the same time as it's getting harder to find. My package arrived on time, but the protective seal for one of the two items was already completely removed. This left me no choice but not to have to throw away both of the items.
