this was the greatest buy, firm , it literally sprung out of the plastic and grew till it filled oit and it looks amazing and i cant get over how firm it is yet ligjt weight . anyone could assmbel , an elder a single mom a dorm student . love ❤️ it. all the stars

super easy to unbox and assembley is literally nothing just unwrap and move to the location you would like it to be in super comfortable although I would say I would have liked it to be a little higher up off the ground but besides that zero complaints

Beautiful, firmer than I expected. the upholstery is soft and easy to clean, no matter how upset you are. great price that included delivery! shrink wrapped so it fits through every doorway and sharp corners. it's lightweight considering it's size . the dimensions were fully explained and fit perfectly in my tiny home.

This sofa is outstanding! I bought it for my basement because regular furniture is hard to get down there. I didn't expect it to be this amazing. Its very roomy, nice and firm, no smell, and the material is so soft. It came in two small boxes, and once opened it took about 2 days to completely fill out. Definitely worth it.

The furniture sits pretty low, the pillows are really flat, this furniture IS NOT plus size people friendly even though it says it holds up to 1,200 lbs. and when you go to get up off the chase, it slides from underneath you. This is literally an air mattress with a cozy cover over it. Was hoping it would be so much better than it was.

Shipping took a very long time, almost 3 weeks but the seller was very great with communicating which made that experience better. Couch was separated into 2 packages. Both were sent at the same time, both arrived at the nearest hub 30 minutes from my home at the same time, I only received ONE. I contacted FedEx they told me the package was being held due to it being restricted and I needed to contact the seller which I did. They were very helpful, offered me a small refund for my trouble and assured me this would be rectified. Over a week later, I was told they couldn't reship because it is sold out, they are unsure of a restock date, fed ex is not giving them any more information and they offered me a half refund. I LOVE the part I received which is the chaise. It is comfortable, nice looking and perfect size for me and my living room. Sellers did their job, this circumstance just made the experience horrible.

i have not received the other half of the couch 😕.. i love how easy that was to inflat but i triple checked and this clearly says l shaped couch not by two to make a couch so where is the rest of the couch? i checked my app multiple times to see if the other have is coming another time but it says i got just the one box delivered today

It says tonight sit on the couch for 24 to 72 hours to let fully come up the corners never popped up it's been maybe 3 weeks since I bought it. I would not recommend it's not so expensive but I would of saved for something better for how tacky it looks

It’s very nice and soft outside good quality but it’s not firm and I did wait to 72 hours before I sit on it and once I sit it sinks down so I wouldn’t waste my money buying it I did want to return it but when I do the request for Fedex to come and pick it up, it’s saying that I need to pack it up in the box and print the label. How am I supposed to vacuum seal the sofa and put it back in the box that does not make any sense for me. So I just canceled the return. It sucks waste of my money.

This does not look like the photos. I was told to wait a week and it would fully inflate and it did not. The pillows are flat and this is a waste of money. Do not buy this item
