It's a very comfortable chair, but I don't know if human error or not but it's a little difficult to assemble.

my daughter loves this chair for her babys nursery. we did however receive the wrong color. reached out to seller, they gave a partial refund. excellent customer service!!

So comfortable and easy to assemble. I bought it for my daughters nursery and I absolutely love it. I'm 5'5 and to be fair I don't quite reach the floor but with a pillow behind you! It's perfect and also comfortable!!!

This chair is not as big in real life as what the picture shows. Unless the model they used is 4'11 and super skinny. I'm 5'2 and weigh 135 and the chair feels suffocating. It's not super soft and depending what state you live in it's very hot during the summer.

This chair looked like a nice item online, but until you sit in it, in person, i do not recommend it. It is not comfortable in the slightest. it had a decent design and wasn't too difficult to put together by myself, but it's not a chair i want to curl up in. Go try one at the store before you buy!

Product is very easy to assemble. However, I find it somewhat difficult to actually rock in the chair. I'm 5'7 and my feet barely touch. Also the chair makes a lot of noise. Finally, they sent me two right arm wings.... I have been emailing back and forth about this issue for several days - as of now, still no resolution.

The glides for the back of the chair were installed incorrectly. The chair sits you slanted forward. This created zero lumbar support. Not only does it look strange but it is uncomfortable. To fix the issue you would have to take it apart and install the glides correctly. Bad job Walmart.

I really can't comment on the above areas, as the box has not been opened. I ordered this as a gift, and on the gift site, put in the correct recipient info. However, WalMart sent it to me instead. They would not return it, as they are not the original order entity. So, after contacting the original ordering entity, they would not pick up the box. Rather, it took days for them to send me a label to, at my expense, have UPS pick up and send the package to the correct address.

Product looks super cute. Problem is it slides back when you rock in it. Shouldn't have wasted the money.

The seat portion of the chair silunk in while rocking my newborn last night. It appeared that the wooden support pieces underneath that area of the seat broke/came apart.
