I highly recommend this chair! It’s incredibly comfortable and it was pretty easy to put together. My one reason for not giving it five stars is that in the back of it there’s a bit of a gap between the back and one of the arms on the side that does not seem to be any sort of error in assembly. I think it’s more of the way the fabric covers the frame. I would buy it again in a heartbeat though!

The chair quality is not great. The back piece hangs further than the arms. It looks very odd. The back pillow is very flimsy, making the back uncomfortable.

The chair looks great and works very well for a dog bed, but it really isn't a chair that a person can sit comfortably in. I bought it hoping to use it as a reading chair, but the back is so low and unsupportive that it doesn't work as a comfy chair. I added my own pillows, and they help a little, but the back is just too low and too thin. Instead of being used as planned, it's my dog's favorite place to sit ... just a bit expensive for a dog bed! I ended up using the ottoman separately elsewhere so I'm still getting use out of the chair, but I can't recommend it to anyone who actually wants to use it as a reading chair.

I wanted this chair for awhile so when it went on sale, I decided to purchase it. A lot of the holes didn’t fit up to be able to bolt the chair together correctly. The black fabric that covered the bottom of the chair was pulled tight over holes so you had to cut it to reach the holes. Wood that supports the interior of the chair was placed in spots that made it too tight to use a washer. I would have returned it but I waited 3 months to assemble it so returning was no longer an option

This chair was half off and I can see why. It is advertised as an oversized chair - my husband and a child would not fit in this chair together. The arms and back are very thin. It would not even be a good enough chair for a kid’s room. We didn’t feel like dealing with the hassle of returning it so our dog uses it. That’s how bad it is.

This item came without any of the screws to assemble it! What a waste. I also see I am not the first person this happened to. When I reached out to Walmart about the parts, they were no help, and redirected me to the manufacturer who does not have a proper email address and wont respond. Why would Walmart sell such subpar furniture with no assistance to their customers? Why sell a chair you cant even put together. DO NOT PURCHASE

Arrived missing the ottoman. I thought I mistakenly ordered just the chair, but came back to check and it should have all been in the same box. The chair is low, hollow sides, and is already ripping at the seam when FIRST ASSEMBLED. Going to return if I can.

Not sure where to start. Shipping time was okay and I knew I had to assemble. However, all bolt holes you have to use for assembly are covered by the fabric so you have to cut it back. Yes, these holes are on the inside of the unit and unseen once set up but extra work you don’t expect. Then when placing the back of the chair in, the base of the unit was assembled incorrectly by the manufacturer so the bolt holes do not line up. I wanted to return but you have to return in the box it comes in and it is vacuum-sealed when you receive it. You would have to vacuum-seal it back to get into the box. I personally drilled new holes myself and made it work but do not waste your money. You will regret it. It now sits in a kid’s room when it was supposed to be in the living room.

Absolutely the WORST chair I have ever bought and I never leave bad reviews but this one was worth leaving one. Assembly is near impossible. The holes don’t line up and designed so poorly. Instructions were missing so I had to figure out how to build this myself. If I could rate this 0 I would. Please save your money and stay away from this product to save yourself the headache. Very cheaply made.
