I was hesitant to purchase a couch online due to not being able to truly see or feel it prior to buying but I took a chance and it worked out. I didn’t realize that it would come in 2 separate boxes on 2 different days however the company had emailed to let me know the tracking and that it would be 2 separate me but it went to spam and I didn’t see it until after I received the first package. With that being said, communication and responses were great (just went to spam). Also, this fits perfectly in our home. We didn’t want something too big but also wanted enough space to fit 4 people and a place for guests to sleep over. The pullout bed is perfect. Just enough room but an average sized person. Everything seems to work efficiently thus far. The back is low (32” tall) but it works for us. Depends on what you’re looking for really. It’s a little on the firm side as well but again, that works for us. And the added storage is a bonus for blankets and such. Overall, we’re pleased with this couch!

Shipping was an issue in the beginning but customer service was super in rectifying the situation %26 making it right. Sofa is perfect fit for my guest room. Looks %26 feels really nice. Extremely easy to assemble. Very happy with this purchase!

Very comfortable and super soft material. it fits perfectly in my small apartment. I paid forcit to be assembled and he finished it in less than 20 minutes. Well worth the purchase.

We ordered the couch in grey. It was delivered in two parts that didn’t match. The manufacturer was quick to respond in resolving the problem. Elena answered all of my emails and always responded quickly and kindly. She was so helpful in sending a replacement. Our daughter loves her new couch!

This was great. Everything perfect and easy to put together. Very comfortable both as a couch and bed.

This is for a den/game room. Do not buy for a living room with large space. If you are five feet and above, do not expect to lay your head back to rest. Do not expect to sleep comfortably on this. The feel of more wood than cushion.

Poor quality. Haven't even had 2 months With minimal use the cushions are splitting at the seams. Save your money and purchase something else. I wish I would have!

I'm truly not sure how this has any stars, possibly because it's not possible to give zero. Shipping was great “came earlier than expected “ 2 boxes, wasn't bad to assemble, that's because It came basically assembled…. But that's where anything even remotely good stops about this “couch” it's more like a small extremely solid futon that's cracks and thunks when you sit or lay on it. We bought this for my son's apartment in college, was misled by the reviews and pictures you will find. My wife literally put a pillow under her as I'm writing this because it's extremely un comfortable. Haven't slept on it yet and probably won't actually sleep when that time comes, the gaps where everything meets are solid wood, the hinges for the folding back feel like they will break at any moment, I'm literally sitting on the floor on a blanket and I am more comfy than I was on this brick they are selling for couch, please save your money and purchase anything but this, I know this sounds like sarcasm but I promise you it is not, if this was 25 dollars I would of gave it 3 stars as that's about what a cord of fire wood cost and that's about all this is worth. The picture I took is a size 11 shoe this thing is tiny as well, Do not buy unless you hate yourself.

was very small, like this is a couch for kids and not adults, came broken so currently working on a return, not worth the $600 at all. :(

Can't put it together as there is metal that's in the way as I was halfway through putting the couch together now I have to take it apart to ship it back waste of time and money. Would not recommend
