The only issue I had was FedEx. FedEx delivered the package to the wrong address and lost it. The shipper responded immediately and sent out a second chair UPS which arrived in perfect condition. my son weighs about 325 lb and it has no problems working correctly. it's extremely well built for a man of his size. he's in a wheelchair and it lifts up plenty high enough to allow him to get from the power lift recliner to his wheelchair without any problem. we are very grateful that the shipper responded in kind immediately and corrected FedEx.
Bought this on sale; arrived early. Fairly easily assembled. Works great, feels great (for disabled family member). Also looks great!
It’s cheap looking and materials are cheap. Considering sending it back. Does not seem like it will hold up long. Even though I’m careful it’s poor quality. The cushions on the arms are not full.
After a week my daughter notice that the arm was coming lose from the seam. Poor excuse for a chair. Nothing n I mean nothing like the picture. You think it was bought at a dollar tree and not at Walmart. I would have returned but I had thrown the box away it came in. Don’t no one buy this. It’s a piece of garbage. Go to Amazon N buy your chairs not from this company and certainly not from Walmart. Especially, if they’re going be selling crap like this. I was so shock. I finally went after 3 weeks and bought me some stuffin to put in the arms cause they were so flat and make it look like it had arms on it and that I wasn’t feeling hard stuff. Walmart you should know what your selling your customers before you take their money N especially put it on your web site. Shame on you. I know the original owner if alive today would never allow this crap to go on with his company. Sam Walton is probably turning over in his grave, God bless his Soul.
This is from a 3rd party seller (not Walmart) and the chair was defective (motor did not work). I have been getting the run around to try to get a refund processed once someone did respond to my emails each reply was over 24 hours, I will NEVER order online from a 3rd party again. At this point just give me my money back and come get your defective chair.
Like the chair as far as we can tell. DON'T like that the motor on the chair will not work! DON'T like that the company has not responded AT ALL to our messages regarding this. We began sending messages to them concerning this the day after the chair arrived. All we get in response is an automated message from Walmart Customer Service telling us that they have forwarded our messages to Muumblus and that someone from Muumblus will be in contact with us within 48 hours!! RIGHT! We have yet to hear from Muumblus!
Assembly of the chair was ridiculously complicated! The quality is horrible. I have purchased two other lift chairs for my parents in the past and this is definitely the worst I have ever received! The advertisement of it was misleading and the finished assemble product looks horrible!
Not enough padding in the back, the massage units pock into my shoulder blades. There is not enough filling for the arms to be big %26 comfy. The chair itself is not comfortable to sit in unless it is in the reclined position. It looks great. Just what I wanted for looks. I only wish it was comfortable to sit in. The chair is delivered to your door in 2 boxes. Easy to assemble. Difficult to return to the store unless you have a SUV or truck
DO NOT PURCHASE from this retailer. They do not back their product. My chain arm will not pop in place and their response, and I quote, “resending you a replacement recliner may have the same problem”. Quote %232, “it's hard for us to refund you due to one of the armrests that don't lock in place”. Their products are made subpar and are defective. I have asked for the number and or address of the CEO owner or someone higher up so I can pursue this. I have yet to get an answer.
still waiting on email saying you are sending me a new lift chair since the other day.. Abigale emailed you the problem and replacement was ordered and email was sent to you from Walmart..
