MuVo V100 2GB MP3 Player

I own several mp3 players including an Ipod. I have been very disapointed with the sound quality,bass punch and performance of most mp3's. Finally I decided to purchase Westone UM1 headphones ($100) and in combination with this Muvo V100 unit, I manage to obtain a higher level of sound quality. The trick is attribute to two factors:the unit is running of one "AAA" battery allowing the amp to give you more puch (higher output) and with the custom EQ you can finally get a decent sound,never possible with rechargeable battery mp3's. those units limit the output power to save the life of the battery killing the performance of the unit. You'll love the rich sound of this mp3. A shure keeper.Trust me I've done lots of research. and get yourself a decent pair of headphones!

Of all the MP3 players we looked at, this seemed to be the best value. It turns out to prove right. We are really impressed with this product and will buy another one in the near future.

Between my work, both at home and place of employment, and my camping, hiking and dirt motorcycle riding hobbies, not-to-mention my frequent travels, this is the best mp3 player going. It's flash memory storage means no skipping, or damage to the unit during activities. The AAA replacable battery means I can place rechargable batteries in it when I can get to a power source to recharge them, or I can slip a regular battery in, when I'm not. Which when camping, hiking, or on vacation, means the difference between using it, or leaving it home. Battery life varies between 13-18 hours depending on battery type, volume, and continuous vs intermittent use. The 2gb capacity allows me to store over 35 hours of music on it, more than enough for any trip. And the drag-and-drop feature makes loading it with music a breeze. I've had four similar mp3 players, one my wife stole, one literally got smashed at work, my 1gb unit got replaced by this 2gb unit for the added storage, and I've loved every one of them. Unless you want an mp3 player/portable photo album, this is the mp3 player to get.

I had a Sony MP3 player for almost 2 years but after dropping it in swimming pools, sitting on it, dropping it numerous times, it quit working. I was looking for an MP3 player with enough memory to hold all my 20 min. Rush songs that didn't cost me a fortune. I found this and i've had it for almost a week and its great, I ordered headphones seperate so I'm waiting on them, But the quality of the headphones that comes with this is pretty good. One feature I really liked is the Custom EQ. You can manually adjust frequencies. There is a Bass Boost also, witch sounds great. The Sound quality is really incredible. One thing I would suggest is to READ THE MANUAL. There is some stuff I didn't know about until I read it and it made me appreciate the product more. This is a really good MP3 player, I suggest it to anyone wanting lots memory and quality for a low price.

I had a philips mp3 player and hated it it did some stupid things so i got rid of it and got this one. It is amazing, easy to use runs a AAA battery which i love! I def. reccommend this!

I am fair with computers, but cell phones & mp3 players are out of my league. This one made get over all my fears. The disc that came with it clearly explains everything. I have put songs in already & love to listen. Now I want to do even more music cds.

this mp3 rocks i have a ilo but my dad just got this one like 1 week ago and im try ing to take it from him. i love the creative mp3 player!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

excellent product! but get a better headphone. It si worth it!

This is a very wonderful little gadget. I am just in love with it. Very nice. I did notice a couple of things about it, though. It takes a little while to turn on. When I transfered from Windows Media Player it was having problems playing. I just went into My Computer and then into my Player. Turns out it was all the folders the music was in. If you just get rid of the folders and move your songs into the Music folder on your MuVo. I love the microphone and it has saved me in several of my classes. It is the perfect size and simply perfect. I don't have enough room for an iPod and this is much better than an iPod in my opinion.

-great price -lots of space -takes forever to upload songs -has a silly three folder filing system that cannot be altered -battery life is decent -sound quality and volume levels are amazing take the good with the bad, but nothing's ever perfect anyway
