Great to get you into kettlebell workouts for cheap, but I'd rather have the real deal. Swings, hinges, and curls are a bit tricky as the beg swings and moves a lot. Great for squats , rows, and raises. Sand does leak through Velcro, so they need to stay upright. I have also used as canopy weights while at the beach.
