Great quality black garlic!
The cloves arrived fresh, soft, and nicely packaged. They have a pleasantly sweet, mellow flavor and are much easier to eat than regular raw garlic. I've been having about one clove a day and recently started experimenting with infusing some in honey. I'm really enjoying it so far and would purchase again!

This is a very good product...I enjoy eating it. I roll it in partchment paper like it is in candy wrapper and store in my frige...you can also add in sauces.
