I recently purchased the MX Moto 49cc kids dirt bike, and while it looks great and has decent features on paper, the overall build quality was a bit disappointing. Some of the parts felt cheaply made, and it didn’t hold up as well as I expected after light use. And by light use, I mean less than 30mins the governor gear broke, and the engine seized up! I would like to say It’s okay for beginners, but I’m not sure if I would even give it that much credit but if you think it’s okay for beginners just don’t expect it to be very durable long-term.
That said, I do want to give credit where it’s due—the customer service was excellent. When I reached out about the issues, they responded quickly and were very helpful. They processed a $150 refund without any hassle, which I really appreciated. It made a frustrating situation much easier to deal with.
Overall, the bike itself could use improvements in quality, but the company stands behind their product and takes care of their customers.
