My 8 yr old grandson loves it!

It’s ok for maybe up to 130 lb but states up to 180 lb. This bike worked for about a month but now it will only start it won’t go . Then it will just turn off when it does go you get about 100 yards and it turns off. My 8 year old loved it until it started acting up.

I recently purchased the MX Moto 49cc kids dirt bike, and while it looks great and has decent features on paper, the overall build quality was a bit disappointing. Some of the parts felt cheaply made, and it didn’t hold up as well as I expected after light use. And by light use, I mean less than 30mins the governor gear broke, and the engine seized up! I would like to say It’s okay for beginners, but I’m not sure if I would even give it that much credit but if you think it’s okay for beginners just don’t expect it to be very durable long-term. That said, I do want to give credit where it’s due—the customer service was excellent. When I reached out about the issues, they responded quickly and were very helpful. They processed a $150 refund without any hassle, which I really appreciated. It made a frustrating situation much easier to deal with. Overall, the bike itself could use improvements in quality, but the company stands behind their product and takes care of their customers.

Spring broke after only 2 days of riding..

This was ordered by mistake, I cancelled the order within an hour of it being placed. They sent it anyways so now I have to go through the hassle of returning it when I can’t even lift it. The company even confirmed my cancellation via Email then turned around and proceeded to send and charge me. Horrible business practices

It seems like the perfect bike, but it does not last long. My son got this as a Christmas gift and has not rode it more than 5 times before it quit as he was riding it. Now, it won’t start again even after draining the fuel mixture, cleaning the carburetor, and the air filter. We’ve even replaced the spark plug.

We haven had this bike long and it has been a nightmare. Constantly having to fix things on it. Pull string and spring inside need replaced, fuel line needs replaced, chain locked up and had to fix that. Every other day it literally needs something replaced. What a waste of money.

I have tried to contact the seller on multiple occasions. I have not got a return call or email. We cannot get the bike to stay on once it is started. It just keeps turning off. My son has been riding dirt bike since he was very little so we definitely know how to start a dirtbike. We have multiple dirt bikes and four wheelers. This has been a terrible experience and will definitely never buy again a waste of $386.
