I was surprised by how flavorful this salsa is. It's a little spicier than I was expecting for a "medium" salsa, but not enough to bother me. There's a hint of citrus flavor which I love. I like that all of the ingredients are foods I recognize - no weird chemicals and preservatives. I didn't think I would like this as much as I do. The "Farm Stand" version of My Brother's Salsa has a delicious taste and a bit of kick in spice level. The heat provided by the salsa should be approachable by most but there is a slight intensity that some might find hot. I loved this salsa! It had a really nice kick to it, without being too spicy. I like that it had texture, the spices were chunky, but there weren't big chunks of tomatoes.
